Speaker: Xiaoyang (Fiona) Wang,

Xiaoyang “Fiona” Wang is a distinguished attorney and the founder of the Law Office of Fiona Wang, PLLC, based in Cary, North Carolina. Ms. Wang is licensed to practice law in both New York and North Carolina. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri School of Law and holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science from Renmin University School of Law in China. Her firm specializes in providing customized legal solutions in the areas of real estate settlement, estate planning, and business consultation, with a particular focus on serving immigrant families and business owners. As an immigrant herself, Ms. Wang brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by her clients and is committed to helping them achieve their business and investment goals. She has helped a variety of local businesses to set up equity and business succession structures and to advise on corporate governance, contract and commercial lease review and business acquisition issues.
