Speaker Bio: Jim Reklis – With over three decades of experience, Jim has established himself as a trusted advisor for leaders. His expertise lies in cultivating relationships and guiding leaders to achieve tangible results within their teams, whether in the corporate world or the nonprofit sector. Jim’s distinctive skill set, which includes unlocking potential in individuals and teams, as well as his unwavering commitment to values, passion, and wisdom, has made him a highly sought-after coach, speaker, and workshop facilitator.
Jim personally experienced the challenges of professional leadership stagnation. This realization motivated him to pursue a master’s degree in leadership and obtain a Professional Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation. Equipped with this newfound passion, purpose, and talent as a professional coach, Jim established his own coaching and consulting business in 2015.
