NCCBA presents Steve Epstein, a divorce attorney with nearly 25 years of law practice, to explain the fundamental components of divorce.
There is perhaps no more difficult decision one can face in life than ending a marriage. That difficulty is compounded when children are involved. Life after separation and divorce will truly never be the same. But if the tools made available by family law are used properly, life after separation and divorce will be substantially happier, and more rewarding, than life trapped in a bad marriage.
Topic Includes:
The fundamental components of divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, and alienation of affections.

About Steve Epstein
After nearly 25 years in law practice, Steve decided to migrate into the area of family law, where he now advises clients and represents them in litigation regarding separation and divorce, child custody and support, alimony and post-separation support, and equitable distribution. His decision to migrate into this new practice area germinated from his own two-year odyssey through the family court justice system, which culminated in a positive outcome for Steve and his three children. He draws upon his experience as a litigator and as a family law client to assist his family law clients in obtaining favorable outcomes for them and their children.
