Dr. Frank Wang
Director
Dr. Frank Wang is currently CEO of BioMedomics, Inc. which is located at Research Triangle Park, North Carolina. BioMedomics’ mission is to become the leader in innovative clinical diagnostics products that address global healthcare needs. Its products already were sold to over 45 different countries and saved many people’s life. Before BioMedomics’ venture, Dr. Wang was the President and Co-founder of BioMachines, Inc. in Research Triangle Park. BioMachines was an enabling technology company applying proprietary advanced automation technologies in the biomedical and biopharmaceutical marketplace. Before his start-up experience, he worked at Japanese and Swiss international companies in North Carolina as senior managers. Before his business career, Dr. Wang worked as an Assistant Professor at UNC Medical School where he published a book and scientific papers on Biophysics and Bioengineering research areas. Dr. Wang obtained his Ph.D. degree in Applied Physics from Osaka University, Japan and Post-Doctor training in Biomedical Engineering at UNC Medical School.
Candong (Daniel) Cheng

Dr. Daniel is a vice president with Avison Young’s Capital Markets Group. With over ten years of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in the marketing, disposition and acquisition of income-producing properties, value-added properties, owner-occupied properties and asset management and business acquisitions for local, national, and international investors. Daniel has facilitated the marketing and leasing of retail spaces and warehouses. Daniel has in-depth experience aiding companies in the factory’s site selection, acquisition of businesses and purchase of office, land and warehouse space while providing guidance in the procurement of government incentives.
Daniel graduated from Duke University with his PhD and is currently the Board Secretary of the North Carolina Chinese Business Association. During his tenure he has actively worked to build a strong relationship between the business owners and investors by promoting local investment opportunities and organizing workshops for business prospects in a wide range of fields, bridge friendship cities between NC and China, bring Chinese investors to NC for business acquisition and real estate investment, bring Chinese manufactures to NC to set up their factories, assist startup companies in different fields especially in fund raising, etc.
Mr. Peter Cheng

Mr. Peter Cheng is President of Quality Real Estate Investment Group, a real estate funding organization of impeccable reputation that is well known in Raleigh/Durham area. With large base of investors, he is sought after as the go to person for collaboration and assurance of successful real estate projects in both residential and commercial. He serves on the Board of Directors of Moxy Bank.
Mr. Peter Cheng is also President of BMP. BMP has delivered tremendous bottom line impact to small, medium and large size North American companies by providing turnkey cost saving solutions. With its strong ties in China, BMP promotes U.S. made products in China and has helped a number of U.S. companies break into China market, a few of which became well known name in its industry in China. With investors from both the U.S. and China, BMP has the capability to incubate companies for both U.S. and China clients and is active in M&A of manufacturing industry.
He is a Triangle Business Journal 40 Under 40 Leadership Award winner and Business Leader’s Triangle Top Catalyst Entrepreneurs winner. Besides his business life, Peter is active with community work. He is a long term member of the Board of Directors of North Carolina Chinese Business Association, and was Board of Directors of Chinese Association for Science and Technology NC Chapter. He served as Vice President of Chinese American Friendship Association. He was awarded Community Outstanding and Dedicated Service for multiple years. He is former Head of Computer Posse at Raleigh Rescue Mission. He speaks at job seminars in Duke University, University of North Carolina and North Carolina State University. He has coached numerous international students and professionals with their job search and career development.

Lead procurement team focusing on new products sourcing decisions with in-depth product cost management knowledge. Analyze and interpret financial records to isolate trends, identify areas for improvement, and assess overall performance.
